At Mastiff Moving, our moving process starts with a video walk-through to assess your belongings and home layout. This step ensures we assign the right crew size and accurately estimate your move time.
The walk-through, lasting about 15 minutes, is essential for a precise moving estimate. During this process, our Moving Coordinator gathers key details to tailor your estimate and strategize for an efficient move day.
Once complete, we provide a formal estimate via email for your review. Your preferred move date remains on courtesy hold while you decide. When you’re ready, simply confirm your move or release the hold.

Your Mastiff Moving crew will arrive between 9:00 – 9:30 AM and begin with a pre-move walk-through to assess your home and review instructions. We’ll discuss our moving strategy so you’re fully informed.
Next, our team unloads materials, preps furniture, and carefully packs and loads your belongings. Once transported, we unload and place items in designated spots based on your instructions.
Before leaving, we conduct a final walk-through to ensure everything meets your expectations. Your satisfaction is our priority.

- Dresser drawers should be emptied and all clothing removed from the drawers, but leave the drawers inside the dresser.

- Pack your own boxes and be completely packed and ready to go.
- Stage your boxes – Choose a designated area to place all packed boxes for easy loading.
- Move odd-shaped items yourself – Transport table lamps, floor lamps, artwork, musical instruments, potted plants, and other delicate or oversized items in your personal vehicle before move day.
- Disassemble furniture in advance – Store hardware in labeled Ziploc bags and keep them with the corresponding furniture piece.

For the best availability, we recommend scheduling your move at least 7 days in advance. However, we understand that sometimes moves come up unexpectedly.
